Today when I woke up, one of the first things I did was to check the Games Workshop website. After all, I was quite curious what was going to happen to my existing Warhammer Fantasy armies. But when I looked online, at 9 AM Central European Time, there was nothing to be found. Instead I discovered that a lot had changed and that scenery had disappeared. Rules? Those were not online yet.
But now, the Warhammer: Age of Sigmar rules are now officially online. They can be downloaded from the Games Workshop website in quite a few languages. Of course, it is also likely that you already have downloaded and analysed the Age of Sigmar rules through scans and photos that appeared online last week.
Also, you can now look up your army and models in the different Warscrolls that Games Workshop has released online in their Warscroll Compendiums. Like the rules for Warhammer: Age of Sigmar, these Warscrolls are available for free from the Games Workshop website. The most interesting thing is the fact that there are also Warscrolls available for scenery sets, even though these sets are not for sale anymore!
I’ll be looking into some of the Warscrolls later today – at least that is when the heat does not consume my almighty reading power – and keep you informed. Meanwhile, why don’t you go to the GW website and have a look yourself?
